GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR YOUR STAY

SNACKS/GIFT SHOP
The gift shop (located in our main office at the front desk area) is open during business hours 9am-4pm. We DO NOT have a vending machine on the property so please plan accordingly. We do sell snacks and some drinks at the gift shop during business hours. Be sure to stop by and grab a t-shirt while you’re here!

AMENITIES
Seasonal pool, horse shoes, game courts, game room, and hiking trails are available for you to enjoy! We also have horse back riding adventures that can be scheduled through the front desk.
Please call 970-667-3915 to discuss horse back riding. No day of rides are guaranteed, so be sure to schedule in advance if you are interested in booking a ride.

FOOD/DRINKS
Remember the ranch does not have a restaurant on site. All the meals you may be served will be catered to your event and booked by your host in advance.
We will not be able to add on extra meals the day of the event.

Please consider bringing extra snacks and drinks to make your stay comfortable. You may find you need a bottle of water or a late night snack while you’re here,
maybe you could stop by the gas station on the way and grab some snacks for the trip! Don’t forget ice for the cooler, we do not have an ice machine on-site. All the cabins have a mini fridge and all guest houses have a fridge to help keep your drinks cold.

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
The only areas you may have outside alcohol is your cabin and private lawn/deck areas. If you are in or near your cabin you may have your own alcohol. If you are in the main Heritage Lodge, the office, the gift shop, the pool, the barn, or the game room you may not have your own alcohol there. Don’t forget your ID for the bar!

LODGING PAYMENTS & POLICIES

Wedding guests who are spending the night will need to call and pay for their accommodations in advance. We do ask for full payment up front for lodging. SPLITTING PAYMENTS FOR GUEST HOUSES
We will create one invoice per cabin or guesthouse. One guest will call to reserve the cabin for the stay. That guest will be the Ranch’s contact for that stay. This ensures that payments are made in advance.
