SDR Wedding Outline
Each wedding must fill out this form & return it to the SDR Wedding Team.
Directions: Please download this document, fill it out completely, and then return it at least eight weeks before your wedding. This document is crucial to our communication moving forward. This will lay the groundwork for our planning meetings going forward. It will also allow me to help bring your wedding to life in lots of little ways. From knowing your colors to knowing who is walking you down the aisle. You may not be able to get this filled out until you are further into your planning. As soon as you do have it ready to be sent back in, please do.
